Recomendation for cosmetic repair
I have completed the foundation repair on my home and now I am looking for a reputable company to repair the cosmetics in Riverview Florida. I have found one company that seems ok but when I reviewed the contract, I didn’t like the financial position that they had! The contract basically gives the contractor the “power of the purse” and I believe that I am the one insured, not my contractor and I should control the financial aspects of the deal. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
