Any good repair companies????

I have a home that has sink hole activity and my insurance paid it off. We had just bought it so we didnt come out too much ahead. My question is what are the best companies to go with to get repairs done? It scares me to death not to have insurance especially after Hurricane Charley. I would love any suggestions.
