Default Grout cost above what was estimated. Now what?

This has been a massive mess from the day this started.
My insurance company and contractor only estimated grouting costs to equal around 76,000$ and the chemical grouting to be around 9,000$.
We just received a bill from the grout company for 85,000$ for just compaction grouting. They haven't started the chemical grouting yet and my mortgage company is refusing to give us any money so we can fix the cosmetics.
This new amount puts us over the policy buy back limit.
Will they continue with the grouting or just buy back the policy at this point?
