Default cheapest repair possible

I'm seeing large figures for repairing that are quite frightening!

I hear from people around me, 20-25k, on this board I've seen figures from $40k-95k?

The amount of the repairs always depend on the size of the house and the depth to limestone and soil conditions to start with.

For example, if you have a 3000 sqft house and the depth to limestone is 100ft then the repair will be higher than average.

If you have a 900 sqft house and the depth to limestone is 10 ft , then the repair will be less than average.

These two criteria are the basis on which all repair costs are determined. The same house with the exact same square footage and problems can have radically different repair costs depending on the area that they are in.

Look at your engineering report to see the depth to rock and other soil conditions
